A non‑refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve a puppie(s). The remaining balance is due within 4 weeks of the deposit date. Accepted payment methods include cash, cashier’s check. Credit Card. No refund on credits cards.

If the buyer cannot be reached for more than four weeks after completing 50% payment, the purchase will be considered forfeited and non‑refundable. This ensures clear communication and prevents disputes.

If billing and shipping information differ, the individual paying for the order will be considered the legal owner of the puppie(s). nad information will be listed at bandfield Pet Hospictal in Pet Smart. under the buyer names.

Puppie(s) are expected to enjoy a normal lifespan for their breed; however, no lifespan guarantee is provided. Each breed has unique traits, temperaments, and care needs. Buyers are encouraged to research and choose a puppie(s) that fits their lifestyle.

Energetic, intelligent, independent, and playful. May have a strong prey drive and require consistent training. Secure outdoor areas are recommended.

The buyer agrees to provide: Vet Care at Banfeild Pet Hospital in Pet Smart for the first year.

• Regular veterinary checkups as recommended from your  

• Proper nutrition
• Exercise and socialization
• A safe, secure environment
• No extended periods of unattended time

Puppie(s) will be up‑to‑date on age‑appropriate vaccinations and deworming at the time of pickup or delivery. Buyers must continue all veterinary care as recommended by their veterinarian at Banfeild pet hospital in Pet smart.

Delivery options may change without notice due to external factors such as COVID‑19. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Before departure:

• Puppie(s) receive a final veterinary check
• All travel documents must be completed
• The Flight Nanny will contact the buyer one week prior to travel

Local pickup is available and encouraged.

Deposits are non‑refundable. Delivery may be postponed if weather or other conditions pose a risk to the puppy’s health or safety.

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Delta Colorado.

If the remaining balance is not paid by 4 weeks of age, the puppie(s) will be made available to other buyers and the deposit will be forfeited and NOT REFUNDED.

All puppies have dew claws removed.

In the event of an untreatable, life‑threatening congenital defect (heart, organ, or genetic defect), the buyer must submit:

• Initial veterinary exam
• Photographs of the puppy
• Documentation confirming the condition is 100% congenital

If approved, Chocolate Kiss Puppies® will provide a replacement puppy of the same sex and quality, NO CASH REFUND within the guarantee timeframe. 12 monthes.

If a puppy becomes unavailable due to sickness, death, or other health concerns before pickup, the buyer’s deposit will be transferred to another puppie(s).

The guarantee does not cover:

• Uneven bites-Chocolate Kiss puppies will NOT sale a puppie(s) with uneven bites.

• Parasites or worms-Chocolate Kiss Puppies will maintain worming until the puppie(s) are sold. Maintianing your puppie(s) is up to the owner/Buyer.
• Hydrocephalus unless confirmed congenital- 

"Acquired" hydrocephalus happens later in life due to external factors. You can reduce these risks by:

• Preventing Head Trauma: Serious injury to the skull can cause swelling or bleeding that blocks the natural flow of brain fluid.
• Infection Control: Certain infections, such as Canine Distemper or inflammatory diseases like Meningitis, can lead to scarring that obstructs fluid drainage. Staying current on vaccinations is a key preventative step.
• Prompt Medical Attention: If a dog shows neurological signs (clumsiness, circling, or "sunsetting" eyes where the eyes aim downward), early treatment with corticosteroids or diuretics can sometimes manage fluid levels before permanent damage occurs.

The buyer agrees to:

• Maintain the puppie(s) at a healthy, lean weight
• Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days of pickup @ banfeild pet hospital in pet smart. free of charge.
• Provide permanent identification (microchip recommended)
• Seek immediate veterinary care for illness or injury
• Keep the breeder informed of any health or behavioral concerns
• You will have a appointmnet set for your Puppie(s) to have them Spay/Nueter at 10 Months. The Banfeild Pet Hospital at Pet Smart will remind you of that appointment when you bring them your puppie(s) in, it will be on a saturday if available.

Delivery dates may change depending on the puppie(s) growth and readiness to travel.typically 8 weeks old.

Chocolate Kiss Puppies® will transfer all registration papers to the new owner. After the 12 month and you have a solid foundation of vet check-ups.

The breeder does not guarantee that the puppie(s) will succeed in conformation, show, or performance events.

Buyers should socialize puppies carefully to avoid exposure to infectious diseases (e.g., parvovirus, kennel cough) until fully vaccinated.ect.
