• Health-Focused Breeding — Genetic testing, vet care, vaccinations, and early health monitoring from the vet. Pet Passport US & Medical Record, Pet Create and Blanket. water & Food. Collar with name Tag. Micro Chipping, All chips will be registered at AKC Flight included within the USA. Flight Nanny.
• Ethical Standards — No shortcuts; parent dogs are tested and cared for responsibly.
• Quality Lineage — Traits like coat, markings, temperament, and size are carefully selected.
• Early Socialization — Puppie(s) are raised in nurturing environments to support confidence and adaptability.

• Air & Pick-Up Available — Transportation options include both air delivery and in‑person pick‑up, depending on location and buyer preference. Safety and comfort of the puppie(s) remain the top priority in every arrangement. 
• Health Screening Before Travel — Licensed vets check for ear mites, fleas, ringworm, and overall health, Teeth, Eyes, Coat ect.
• No Sick Puppies Shipped — Ensures healthy arrivals and prevents illness spread.
• Open Communication — Special requests or concerns are welcomed and accommodated.

• Life time 10 year Guarantee --Or the life of the Puppie(s).
• Two-Year Coverage — For congenital or genetic defects diagnosed by a licensed vet.
• Conditions Covered —   Includes heart defects, organ dysfunction, and other life‑threatening genetic conditions. With a licensed veterinarian’s written diagnosis confirming a covered defect, the purchaser will receive a replacement puppy of the same quality and sex, based on availability. All Puppie(s) are placed in pet homes only and are not sold with breeding rights. 
• Exclusions — Common treatable issues (e.g., luxating patella, parasites) and buyer-caused injuries, diagnosed by a licensed vet.
• Replacement Option —  A puppie(s) of same quality and sex may be offered (if available).
• Non-Transferable — Valid only for the original buyer.
• Spay/Neuter Clause — Spay or neuter must be completed within 12 months of ownership to maintain the health guarantee, and documentation from your licensed veterinarian is required as proof.  
• Paper Certificate Clause — A paper certificate is issued only, and no digital or replacement copies will be provided. After spay/Neuter.
• Cruelty to Animals Clause — Any form of neglect, abuse, or cruelty toward the puppy, as determined by a licensed veterinarian, immediately voids the contract and health guarantee. Failure to follow veterinary recommendations or provide appropriate care will also result in the guarantee being voided. 
•  Accident and Injury Clause — Any car‑related accident, injury, or incident occurring after the puppie(s) has been purchased is not the responsibility of the Chocolate Kiss puppies and is not covered under this guarantee. 
• While we strive for transparency — it’s important to understand that we cannot guarantee natural variations such as changes in eye color, coat color, weight, or height, as these developments are outside of our control.
