With a licensed veterinarian’s written diagnosis confirming a covered defect, the purchaser will receive a replacement puppy of the same quality and sex. All Puppie(s) are placed in pet homes only and are not sold with breeding rights. 
• Exclusions — Common treatable issues (e.g., luxating patella, parasites).
• Replacement Option —  A puppie(s) of same quality and sex will be offered.
• Non-Transferable — Valid only for the original buyer.

• Paper Certificate Clause — A paper certificate is issued only, and no digital or replacement copies will be provided. After spay/Neuter.
• Cruelty to Animals Clause — Any form of neglect, abuse, or cruelty toward the puppie(s), as determined by a licensed veterinarian, immediately voids the contract and health guarantee. Failure to follow veterinary recommendations or provide appropriate care will also result in the guarantee being voided. 
•  Accident and Injury Clause — Any car‑related accident, injury, or incident occurring after the puppie(s) has been purchased is not the responsibility of the Chocolate Kiss puppies and is not covered under this guarantee. 
• While we strive for transparency — it’s important to understand that we cannot guarantee natural variations such as changes in eye color, coat color, weight, or height, as these developments are outside of our control.
