Chocolate Kiss Puppies® Pet‑Home‑Only Contract

This No‑Breeding Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Chocolate Kiss Puppies® (“Breeder”) and the undersigned purchaser (“Buyer”) regarding the puppie(s) described below.

• Spay or neuter the puppie(s) no later than 12 months of age.

If the pupp(s) is bred—intentionally or accidentally—the Buyer agrees to:

• Pay a $10,000 breeding violation fee to Chocolate Kiss Puppies®.
• Surrender all offspring produced from the breeding to the Breeder at the Buyer’s expense.
• Surrender the original puppy back to the Breeder without refund.
• Forfeit all guarantees, rights, and protections under any previous agreements.

The Breeder retains the right to pursue legal remedies for breach of contract.

The Buyer agrees:

• Not to sell, rehome, or transfer the puppie(s) to any breeder, pet store, broker, or third party.
• If rehoming becomes necessary, the puppe(s) must be returned to Chocolate Kiss Puppies® or rehomed with Breeder approval. At your Cost.
• This No‑Breeding Agreement remains in effect for the lifetime of the dog, regardless of ownership changes.

• Registration papers (if applicable) will be provided after proof of spay/neuter is received.
• No breeding rights will ever be granted or added later.
• The Breeder makes no guarantee of show, performance, or breeding quality.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be handled in the county where Chocolate Kiss Puppies® is located.

By signing below, the Buyer acknowledges that they:
