Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $100 of the purchase price is required to reserve a puppy(s), with the balance due in full prior to delivery or pickup. Payments can be made via PayPal, Venmo, or by cash.
Puppy Care: The purchaser agrees to provide appropriate care for the puppy(s), including but not limited to regular veterinary check-ups, proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization. The purchaser also agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for the puppy(s) and to not leave the puppy(s) unattended for extended periods of time.
Health Guarantee: The puppy(s) is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery or pickup. The purchaser agrees to have the puppy(s) examined by a licensed veterinarian within three (3) business days of delivery or pickup. If the veterinarian finds the puppy(s) to be unhealthy, the purchaser must notify Chocolate Kiss Puppies within 24 hours, and return the puppy(s) within five (5) business days for a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.
Vaccinations and Deworming: The purchaser understands that the puppy(s) will be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming appropriate for its age at the time of delivery or pickup. The purchaser agrees to continue with a vaccination and deworming schedule as recommended by their veterinarian.
No Breeding Rights: The purchaser agrees that the puppy(s) is being purchased as a pet only and that no breeding rights are provided.
Delivery: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery options may change without notice. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds and Returns: The purchaser understands that the deposit is non-refundable. If the purchaser decides not to purchase the puppy(s) after the deposit has been made, the deposit may be applied to another available puppy(s) within one year of the original deposit.
Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Chocolate Kiss Puppies is located.
The puppy(s) are healthy at the time of sale and have had the required immunizations as per the attached health record. If a deposit is made, the remaining balance becomes due in thirty (30) days. If the remaining balance is not paid, the puppy will become available to other customers, and the deposit will be kept.
All puppies will have dew claws removed and/or tails docked. In case of any untreatable life-threatening congenital defect or death occurs by heart, organ, genetic defect, the initial vet exams and the picture of the puppy must be sent. Chocolate Kiss Puppies.com will send the same sex and quality you paid for, but shipping will be the customer's responsibility. When making a claim, the buyer is required to send a copy of all initial vet exams that clearly indicate the death was caused by a 100% congenital issue.
The seller warrants that she is the owner of Chocolate Kiss Puppies.com and has good and lawful authority to sell the dog(s). In the event that the dog(s) is not available due to sickness, death, or any health concern owing to the fault of the seller, the buyer's deposit will be refunded or transferred.
The buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy/dog's soundness and longevity. The buyer must have the puppy inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup (excluding Sundays and holidays). The guarantee does not include uneven bites, undropped testicles, or umbilical hernia. The puppy must be paid in full at the time of pick-up.

Once the purchase and deposit has been verified, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name.

Please make sure to submit the order with accurate billing and shipping information on your driver’s license.
Please do NOT use a PO BOX as an address. A physical address must be provided in order to book the flight.
Hydrocephalus is declared only if the dog suffers from a seizure disorder.
We do not cover any treatable disorders or common disorders.
Please feed your puppy properly to prevent Hypoglycemia/low sugar.
We properly treat all puppies with parasites/worms; however, parasites/worms are not covered in our guarantee.
All documents for any claim must be submitted within the 72hours
Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy form Chocolate kIss Puppies.com.
Depending on the puppy's growth the delivery date may change.
Upon payment in full of the purchase,Chocolate Kiss Puppies.com shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer all resgistion papers (if any) to new owner.
If the buyer has paid by check, the purchase price will be refunded only if or when the buyer’s check has cleared and been credited to the seller’s account.
The seller in no way guarantees that this puppy/dog shall win in conformation and/or performance events.
Take care when socializing young puppies to minimize the risk of contracting infectious diseases such as parvovirus or kennel cough untill they become at least 4-8weeks.
The buyer agrees to have the puppy inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
Ensure your dogs have permanent identification.
Seek immediate veterinary care in the event of sickness or injury.
Keep the breeder informed about any physical or behavioral health problems.
Notify the breeder if they are ever unable to keep their dog so that the breeder can either take the dog back or help in rehoming it.
