• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $500 of the purchase price is required to reserve a puppie(s), with the balance due in full within 4 weeks. Payments can be made via cash or cashiers check, or credit card.
• If a client cannot be reached for more than four weeks after making all payments, you're considering their purchase forfeited and non-refundable. This policy helps ensure timely communication and prevents prolonged uncertainty for both parties involved. That's a prudent policy to establish ownership and avoid potential disputes. 
• If the billing and shipping information differ, considering the person paying for the order as the rightful owner provides clarity and reduces ambiguity. This helps ensure that any issues regarding ownership or returns are resolved more smoothly. It's important to clearly communicate this policy to customers to prevent confusion and ensure a transparent transaction process. 
• In case of flight cancellation, a $200/day hotel fee will be charged from the day of deposit onwards. Spending time with different puppies of each breed and getting to know their individual personalities can help you make an informed decision that best suits your family, but no Guarantee on life span. 
• Dachshund: Dachshunds are known for their lively and courageous personalities. Despite their small size, they often have a big personality and can be quite confident and independent. They are intelligent dogs but can also be stubborn at times, so consistent training and socialization from a young age are important. Dachshunds are typically loyal to their families but may be reserved or wary around strangers. They can make excellent watchdogs due to their alert nature. They enjoy spending time with their families but may also appreciate having their own space to retreat to when they want some alone time.

• Puppy Care: The purchaser agrees to provide appropriate care for the puppie(s), including but not limited to regular veterinary check-ups, proper nutrition, exercise, and socialization. The purchaser also agrees to provide a safe and secure environment for the puppie(s) and to not leave the puppie(s) unattended for extended periods of time. 
• Vaccinations and Deworming: The purchaser understands that the puppy(s) will be up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming appropriate for its age at the time of delivery or pickup. The purchaser agrees to continue with a vaccination and deworming schedule as recommended by their veterinarian. 
• Delivery: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery options may change without notice. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping costs associated with delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• Refunds and Returns: The purchaser understands that the deposit is non-refundable. Ensuring safety is our utmost priority. Throughout our years in business we've consistently ensured the safe delivery of all our puppies. We reserve the right to postpone delivery dates if it poses any risk to the health and well-being of a puppie. Weather ect. 
• Before departure:, All puppies undergo a final vet check to ensure they are able to fly. they must have all necessary travel documentation confirmed. Our delivery team (Flight Nanny) will contact you a week prior to the scheduled travel date to arrange delivery. Should there be any changes to the arrival date during this period, you will be notified. Local pickup is available and encouraged:. For details on the procedures we will provide you with all the necessary information and guidance for a smooth pickup process. 
• While we strive for transparency:, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee natural variations such as changes in eye color, coat color, or weight or Height. These factors can be influenced by genetics and other variables beyond our control. 
• Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Chocolate Kiss Puppies® is located Colorado. The puppie(s) are healthy at the time of sale and have had the required immunizations as per the attached health record. If a deposit is made, the remaining balance becomes due in 4 week. If the remaining balance is not paid, the puppy will become available to other customers, and the deposit will be kept. 
• All Puppies will have dew claws removed. 
• In case of any untreatable life-threatening congenital defect or death occurs by heart, organ, genetic defect, the initial vet exams and the picture of the puppy must be sent. Chocolate Kiss Puppies.com will send the same sex and quality you paid for within the time frame of the guarantee, but shipping will be the customer's responsibility. 
• When making a claim:, the buyer is required to send a copy of all initial vet exams that clearly indicate the death was caused by a 100% congenital issue. The seller warrants that she is the owner of Chocolate Kiss Puppies®.com and has good and lawful authority to sell the dog(s). In the event that the dog(s) is not available due to sickness, death, or any health concern the buyer's deposit will be transferred. 
• The buyer agrees to keep the puppie/dog in an appropriate lean weight to maximize the puppy/dog's soundness and longevity. The buyer must have the puppie inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 7 Days of pickup. The guarantee does not include uneven bites, undropped testicles, or umbilical hernia. The puppy must be paid in full at the time the Puppie is 4 weeks old. 
• If you have any questions or to make a purchase, please contact us. Once the purchase and deposit has been verified, we will reserve the puppy under the purchaser’s name. We will keep in touch via text messaging. Please make sure to submit the order with accurate billing and shipping information on your driver’s license. Please do NOT use a PO BOX as an address. A physical address must be provided in order to book the flight.
• Hydrocephalus: in dogs doesn't necessarily require the presence of a seizure disorder for diagnosis. Hydrocephalus is a condition where there's an abnormal accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within the brain. It can lead to various neurological symptoms, including seizures, but seizures aren't always present in dogs with hydrocephalus. 
• Please feed your puppy properly to prevent Hypoglycemia/low sugar. 
• We properly treat all puppies with parasites/worms; however, parasites/worms are not covered in our guarantee. But we will do our best to prevent this from happening. 
• All documents for any claim must be submitted within the 7 Days. 
• Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy form Chocolate kiss Puppies.com. 
• Depending on the puppy's growth the delivery date may change. Upon payment in full of the purchase,Chocolate Kiss Puppies.com shall promptly take all actions required to officially transfer all resgistion papers (if any) to new owner. 
• The seller in no way guarantees that this puppie/dog shall win in conformation and/or performance events. 
• Take care when socializing young puppies to minimize the risk of contracting infectious diseases such as parvovirus or kennel cough untill they become at least 4-8weeks. Shots will be up to date. 
• The buyer agrees to have the puppy inspected by a licensed veterinarian within 7 Days of pickup. 
• Ensure your dogs have permanent identification. 
• Seek immediate veterinary care in the event of sickness or injury. 
• Keep the breeder informed about any physical or behavioral health problems.
